YAMBA IS FACING AN

OVERDEVELOPMENT CRISIS!

Facts

1500 high density homes will increase the population by up to 4000 people.

3000 extra cars will overload existing roads and car parking

Up to 3 metres high of landfill will displace storm waters into existing homes

WILL THIS DEVELOPMENT THREATEN THE YAMBA YOU LOVE?

We all love Yamba, the lifestyle, the nature, the people.

Yamba sits on an ecologically sensitive estuary and coastal flood plain, it is not suitable for large scale, urban development and excessive population growth!

If you live in the Lower Clarence you may have heard about the mass development proposed for the floodplain and wetlands just South of Yamba Road.
